FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

"When will my order ship?" 

The majority of our orders ship within 2-4 business days of the date of purchase. This is the processing time for your order. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. When your order ships, you will be sent an email containing a tracking ID number from the mail carrier. Orders ship M-F, we are closed on weekends. 

 

"When will I receive my order?" (USA) 

You will receive your order within 3-6 business days of the shipping date with our standard domestic shipping option. You will receive your order within 1-3 business days of the shipping date with our expedited shipping option. Please note that it may take 2-4 business days after your date of purchase for your order to be shipped. 

 

"Do you ship internationally?" 

Thread Society offers international shipping to Canada from our website. All other international orders can be placed by contacting info@threadsociety.com

Your order may be subject to shipping duties and taxes based on your regions import laws. You are responsible for paying all associated fees, please contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages. Thread Society is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package. 

 

"When will I receive my order?" (Canada) 

Our estimated arrival time for orders place in Canada is generally 7-10 business days, but this may vary depending on customs and mail policies for your region. A customer service representative is always available at help@threadsociety.com to troubleshoot any problems you might have.

"Does Thread Society have a storefront location?"

No, Thread Society does not currently have a storefront location. However, we do set up booths and other pop-up locations at  festivals and independent marketplaces on a seasonal basis. You can stay updated on where we'll be via social media and our email list! 

 

"Do you have a sizing chart?"

"Can I cancel my order?" / "Can I change my shirt sizes"

You can cancel/change your order within 24 hours of your purchase for a full refund.  All orders cancelled after this period will be assessed up to a 20% restocking fee. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled, but you are welcome to make a return or exchange.

 

"Does Thread Society offer wholesale?"

Thread Society staffers are constantly on the lookout for groups, artists, charities, businesses, etc to work with on interesting collaborative projects.
