Returns & Exchanges
How to place a return or exchange:
Unworn and unwashed apparel can be exchanged or returned within 10 days of the date you receive your order. Please send an email to our returns department stating the style numbers and corresponding size you are sending back to us. Please also state if you would like to exchange for a different size or color.
If you would like a refund, type “refund” in the subject of the email and within 10 business days of receiving the merchandise, we will credit the method of payment used at checkout.
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that all orders cancelled after this time period will be assessed up to a 20% restocking fee. Orders cannot be cancelled after they are shipped, but you are welcome to make a return or exchange.

Enclose the unwanted items and the following 2 forms inside the box you send back to us.
- A copy of the email you sent us letting us know what styles you are returning
- A copy of the invoice you received in your delivery from Thread Society. If you cannot find this invoice, please let us know in your initial email.
Please Note: When returning your merchandise to us, we recommend insuring your package. Thread Society cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, or uninsured packages. We do not provide paid postage for returns and exchanges.
